Apostle Austin E. McFarlin is a native of New Haven, Connecticut where he resides with his wife, Elder Renee McFarlin and son Austin, Jr.  He graduated from Yale Chaplain Residency program earning a certificate of Clinical Pastoral Education. He has an Associate Degree from Christ Theological Seminary. He graduated from Christian LeadershipBible College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology. He attended the Universityof Connecticut.  He graduated from Sound High School in 1987. As a teenager he accepted Christ as Lord and Savior. Under the leadership of Bishop Robert J. Gay, pastor of St. Matthew’s UFW Baptist Church Bishop McFarlin was called by God into the ministry.

He was ordained Elder by the laying on of hands of Bishop Sherman Watkins and Bishop T.D. Jakes in Columbus, Ohio.  He was elevated and ordained as Senior Pastor of Back to the Bible Church in 1997 under the leadership of Overseer Viola Moore.

After diligent prayer, fasting, and consecration he answered the divine call of God and embarked upon the divine assignment to establish a fresh, extraordinary, and powerful ministry in the greater New Haven area.  The commission was accomplished and he began Anointed Tabernacle Ministries in 1998. 

In 2006 Apostle McFarlin was appointed Bishop Designate under the leadership of Apostle Micheal Densmore, chief Prelate of Community Churches of God. That same year Apostle McFarlin was elevated to Vice Bishop of the Community Churches of God.

2010 Apostle McFarlin was consecrated Bishop by the The Right Reverend Bishop Lonnell Lawson.  Apostle McFarlin was voted Vice Bishop of Kingdom International Association & Affiliates by the governing board under the leadership of Bishop Lonnell Lawson in the year of 2012.

Apostle McFarlin ministry impacts communities and surrounding cities through his radio broadcast “Kingdom impulse” on WDJZ 1530 AM.  He continues to impact cities and communities currently through his weekly television broadcast.   He is a member of the Greater New Haven Clergy Association.  In the Greater New Haven Clergy Association he held the position of Chaplin for the full term before returning to school. 

His vision is vast: Advance the Kingdom of God in the earth through the preaching and teaching of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. 

Apostle McFarlin’s motto is I Corinthians 
9:25 – “Strive for the Mastery.”  

His supervision and organizational gifts are evidenced with the establishing of Covenant Circle Fellowship Incorporated, wisdom, counsel, and spiritual covering for leaders.
